Abstract

In this chapter, basic retrosynthetic approach has been introduced. Rretrosynthetic

analysis of some common drugs e.g. Aspirin, Paracetamol, Ibuprofen,

Chloroquin, Primaquine, Norfloxacin, Fluconazole, Dapsone, Sulphonamides,

Sulfamethoxazole, Sulphacetamide, Trimethoprim have been shown here with

justifications.
